Policies and Procedures

The therapist can end the session at any time they feel is necessary. Any comments that are considered crude or inappropriate will result in the end of a session, a full payment charge, and no rescheduling.

Any appointment canceled within less than a 12 hour notice will result in a charge of half of the original appointment on your next appointment date.

Due to our studio being located in our home and our offer of bringing our studio to your home, we require all new patients to set up a free consultation where we can meet in person. Here, we can decide what treatment will be best for you and it is a safety precaution.

If a patient is late of 10 minutes or more the time will be taken off the session and a full charge will still be applied. If a patient is 15 minutes late, or more, the therapist has every right to cancel/reschedule the appointment with a charge of half the session

We ask that all patient’s are upfront and honest about any medical diagnoses that they have and may pertain to our session.

Our overall goal is to help our clients, however we still have a business to run. We ask that you respect our policies and procedures. Never hesitate to ask us any questions or concerns you have. We promise to always be honest and upfront with our clients and we only ask for the same treatment from our clients.
