Why is there a blog tab?

Hello! My name is Stephanie, I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and certified personal trainer (CPT) and welcome to my first blog post!

To answer the question that titles this first post, I’m hoping to use this blog to relate to you better. I also would like to use this blog as a way for you to get to know me, your therapist, better! Here, I can explain more in depth reasoning behind massage therapy and the techniques I use regularly to help you better understand what is happening when you set up an appointment with Complete Wellness Therapy.

This blog will not be linear. One day I will talk about massage therapy history, or the science behind it, and one day I will use the blog as a way to encourage you to want to take care of yourself through holistic means. I will share personal stories of how the services I offer have impacted my personal health, physical and mental.

As previously stated, I want to use this blog as a way for you to get to know me better, and what better way than to talk about writing. Using this blog to reach and relate to clients isn’t a business strategy, it’s a mental health strategy. There has been no where I have found myself more comfortable than behind a pencil or keyboard writing out my thoughts. I truly love what I do and using a platform such as a blog to write out the reasons behind the why, sharing them with my clients, is a dream and it is personally comforting.

The take-away? I hope you find this blog to be informative and encouraging. Informative through receiving information on subjects such as massage therapy and personal training that you had not known before; learning more about your therapist; learning more about the services offered by Complete Wellness Therapy, and the list could go on. I hope you find it encouraging in the way that you just don’t have the motivation today and you absolutely cannot get that workout in, you can see a post and, through it, find motivation to push your body and mind to their potential. On the opposite end, you may come across a post of encouragement to listen to your body and/or mind when they’re telling you to rest.

Whenever you’re ready to stop reading about the benefits of massage therapy and personal training and start benefiting from them, I’ll be here to set up your session.

Stay complete and well.

-Steph
